Getting started with neurofeedback doesn’t have to be complicated.
We walk you through each step—from initial consultation to personalized training, so you feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.

We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your goals, symptoms, and history. This can be done remotely through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform or in person in Austin.
This initial conversation allows us to clarify what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be contributing, and determine whether home neurofeedback is the right fit for you.
From there, we develop a personalized plan and recommend the most appropriate home training approach for you.

When appropriate, we use QEEG brain mapping to better understand how your brain is functioning.
This allows us to move beyond guesswork and design training based on objective data.
We analyze patterns of brain activity and use that information, along with your clinical picture, to create a customized neurofeedback program tailored specifically to you.
Your training is not pre-set or one-size-fits-all. It is designed specifically for you by a BCIA Board-Certified Fellow and adjusted over time based on how your brain responds.

Once your program is in place, you begin neurofeedback training at home using carefully selected equipment and individualized protocols.
You are guided throughout the process with ongoing support, regular check-ins, and thoughtful adjustments to your training as your brain responds.
Over time, this allows your brain to shift toward more efficient and stable patterns of activity, supporting improvements in focus, regulation, sleep, and overall functioning.

In some cases, we may incorporate additional tools to support nervous system regulation and enhance your results.
These may include biofeedback training, breathing and other self-regulation training strategies, or other targeted support based on your individual needs.
These options are integrated thoughtfully as part of your overall plan.
